DeltaCopy Server File Permission Fix

DeltaCopy Service is a wonderful rsync wrapper for windows OS use. The only problem I have come across thus far is file permissions. It seems that files are only given access to the service user and that includes the system account if selected. The Fix: Add a windows system environment variable of “CYGWIN” with value “nontsec”.
